Pretty thorough approach, however I do believe all staff should be wearing latex gloves even if only for guest comfort. The black ones look pretty cool. Having a nicely styled "envelope" for guests to place their face masks in when eating or drinking prevents some contamination and looks a lot better than 6 face masks sitting on top of the table.
They are actively socially distancing their staff, this is critical for employee safety. You may need to re-consider how your kitchen and bars operate in order to achieve this. They have reduced bar staff from 18 to 4/5. Great effort
