HATI Solutions provides a unique full service consultative approach to its ResDiary clients. 

  • All Restaurants are personally visited & observed to ensure perfect set-up & configuration in collaboration with each client.
  • Full project management is provided for the complete implementation of ResDiary, including liaising with reservations, hosts, management, marketing, graphics and web designers. Seamless implementation is ensured.
  • A face-to-face approach is taken to providing an extensive training program to ensure smooth adoption of ResDiary & full user proficiency.
  • Once you are ready to 'Go Live', HATI Solutions provides you with on-site 'Go Live Support', as well as rapid response 24hr support to your team, in order that you maximise all the ResDiary benefits.
  • A close working relationship is guaranteed to clients to ensure maximum efficiency (and maximum profit gains!) from using ResDiary.

HATI Solutions believes it is their job to deliver support excellence to all clients and to ensure all clients get the most out of ResDiary, and therefore they do not bind you to contract.​ They are very proud of their client list .
